- Grant us the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use your name, likeness, image, voice, written or spoken statements, and participation in any media format now known or later developed, for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes, without compensation.
- Understand that recordings may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed, and you waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product.
If you do not wish to be recorded or featured, you must notify us in writing before participating and ensure you do not appear on camera or contribute verbally in recorded sessions.
7. Online Purchases and Refunds
Purchases made through our Website or via our team are governed by these Terms and our separate Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy.
Payment: You agree to pay all fees when due, using a valid payment method. If you are on a payment plan, you authorize us to process recurring charges until your plan is fulfilled.
No Refunds: Unless a specific written guarantee is offered for a program, all sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to, digital products, coaching sessions, workshops, and challenge registrations.
Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered. If a payment issue arises, contact us to resolve it.
Default: Failure to pay as agreed may result in suspension of access and collection actions.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The content, materials, programs, and information we provide are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee:
- That you will achieve specific financial, business, or personal results.

Any claim or cause of action you may have arising from these Terms or our Website and Services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action accrues. Otherwise, it is permanently barred.
